Client SHOUTOUT When Chris first started training with me he really struggled to hit depth in the squat, we worked on mobility and I gave him various exercises to complete in his own time. Over time the mobility, accessory exercises paid off, they weren’t fun or sexy!!! Depth is where the hip crease goes below the knee line in the squat, as this happens the muscle recruitment massively increases. The feeling of a squat above parallel and below is like a completely different exercise! #hardwork #dotheunsexytoo #RMPT
