An experienced nurse or Field Care Supervisor will come to your home and discuss with you and your family the help and support you require. During these discussions, an assessment of needs will be carried out. From the assessment, a tailored Care plan will be agreed, only once you have told us what you want. By using trained professionals you can be assured you are in expert hands.
Our nurses and field care supervisors will use their expertise to match your individual care needs to the right carer.
Our carers are only selected to become part of our team, if they possess the appropriate skills, empathy and compassion to deliver the highest standard of care.
all of our carers are subject to a rigorous recruitment and selection process, including:
- Pre-screening
- Completion of application pack
- face-to-face interview by experienced care team
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks
- 2 years referencing
- Occupational Health Declaration
- Comprehensive training programming (meets regulated government standards)
Once your care has started, one of our team will conduct regular home visits to ensure you are happy with the service we are providing. A record of the care that we provide to you will be maintained and left in your home. This gives your family peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving the care and attention they deserve.

*Job Opportunity* Senior Care Worker - Bedale and Surrounding Areas (Company Fleet car and Fuel card included) We are looking for caring, reliable and customer focused individuals who want to join our expanding agency as a Senior Care Worker. The role of Senior Care Worker will be delivering personal and practical care to our clients, usually in their own homes, encouraging their independence to an optimum level. The Senior Care Worker will also be required to complete documentation and to attend training and meetings. The Candidate will need to hold NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. Duties will include: •Assisting clients with all aspects of their personal care; •Assisting clients with all aspects of medication; •Assist clients with all aspects of their meal preparation; •Supporting clients in the use of aids and personal equipment; •Supporting clients with home management •Helping in the promotion of clients’ mental and physical activities. •Palliative care Senior Duties Include: •Assessing care packages working alongside Field Care Supervisor. •Assisting with assessing new client packages •Assisting with assessing initial assessments and reviews •Conduct spot checks and supervision as required by the Branch Manager •Undertake Risk assessments •Act as a role model to colleagues at all times •Understand the role of the care co-ordinator and assist where required •To ensure all carers have read and understood the care plan and needs of every service user they work with •To assist and support on-call duties as required by the Branch Manager. •Auditing of Daily Log sheets and medication charts •Provide friendly support and advice to other care workers The benefit of working with us includes: •Regular shift Patterns (0700-1400 and 1530-2200) •Occasional 24hr split shifts, including days or night shifts •Excellent rates of pay, plus mileage and travel time •Thorough initial training and induction; •Regular training on various, relevant subject areas to develop you; and •Friendly and supportive environment with constant access to Senior Carers and Nurses who can provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise. •NVQ 2 and 3 Health and Social Care funding and short courses available on request To apply for the role of Care Worker, all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will be required to complete a DBS check (formally known as s CRB).
