Posted for a livery (The horse is located at our yard) W A N T E D Experienced rider required for 13 year old 16.2HH Chestnut T/B gelding. Ideally the right person would be 18 years or over (due to insurance and responsibility requirements), have a solid background of horsemanship and have own transport because of location (D Hill & Son Livery Sadberge, Near Darlington DL2 1RL). No costs involved. All I want is someone to enjoy him in return for exercise for him. What I’m looking for is someone who can commit to a few sessions a week to do some schooling and hacking out. Shared for Kayleigh Ashburn For full loan, sale or lwvtb. Sky 18 year old tb. Due to loss of grazing in a few months it is heartbreaking to put my boy up for loan or sale. Sky is currently out of work but with the right person he could be brought back. Has been used for jumping, xc, hacking and is great with schooling. Was previously used for lessons before I got him. No problems with groundwork. Alternatively he would make a great companion horse. Sky does have borderline Cushings which requires quarter of tablet a day but doesn't have any problems other than that. Inbox our page or comment below and Kayleigh will inbox you.

Generally, don't advertise vacancies as they go straight to the people on our waiting list so it is worth joining the waiting list if you are interested moving to our yard.

From January, onwards once a month, Lee sets up a course of jumps in the outdoor for liveries only to book a slot to use. Once the ground conditions are good set up the jumps in our jumping field they stay out till Autumn. We currently have no DIY vacancies but we do have two grass livery spaces for mares.

We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year! We have enjoyed meeting lots of new off road riders and many familiar faces. This is the third year of opening up our off road riding to non liveries. We are looking forward to next year.

We have two spaces for mares on grass livery. We are located between Middleton Saint George and Sadberge Dl2 1rl. It is 80 pounds a month. All horses in grass livery herds must not have back shoes on. It includes haylage being put out by ourselves in the field in winter. Grass livery includes grazing within a mares herd. There is a maximum of 6 horses in the herd. There is separate summer and winter paddocks. There is the option to hire a stable per night if your horse needs to come in. Includes worming package. You get full use of the facilities e.g indoor, outdoor, 200 acres of off road hacking on the farm, cross country jumps around the farm tracks. There is a tie up area under cover designated for grass liveries. We have secure storage, complimentary hot drinks, kitchen area with microwave, yard toilet and separate changing area.
