We will provide excellent quality equipment & facilities but in a welcoming atmosphere & showing each individual how to achieve their personal goals in a realistic time frame. Nothing Is impossible, anything is achievable with the right guidance, support & basic hard work.

facebook.comIt is with deep regret & sadness that I announce the gym will be closing down. After ironically 2 years next week of being open it is time to say enough is enough. Due to extremely high overheads & no way through of meeting their demands I am devastated to say this is the end of this chapter. I cannot stress my sincere thanks & appreciation to my wife & loyal members & clients who have stood by me & helped & supported me from day one. From the bottom of my heart I thank you, I won't ever forget your loyalties & help.
