❗️Page still currently under update❗️ Formally Sadberge rehoming cattery, I decided to revamp this page & keep it open to give the many who've adopted from us over the years a chance to keep in touch & share updates of your furry family. Being a cat owner for over 30 years & a dog & small animal owner in later years I'd also hope to be able to provide advice & be as informative as possible to those who ask for help. As I've also been involved deeply & directly within rescue circles in the last 10 years, I'd also be happy to provide help in guiding people to the correct resources to those needing it. With so many upsetting & negative posts on a daily basis, hopefully as well as welfare I'm also hoping to share some much needed positivity with some uplifting posts. Update on sassy! As many of you will remember, sassy came to us with almost no socialisation. At one point we thought she was pretty much un homable & would need a farm or stable type home. However after spending a lot of time with her we could see so much potential. She was not a bad cat, an aggressive cat, or a cat with just a chip on her shoulder.... she was simply misunderstood! She needed time & patience to trust people again & 100% commitment & stability from any potential home. It's been quite an emotional few months, watching her progress, hit new milestones & see how much she actually wanted to interact with people. Eventually a family came & saw past the shy cat who would hiss if she got scared & saw what we did. Sassy & her new family are doing absolutely fantastic & we'd like to share some of her pictures with you. We've captioned each photo to show her progress. This sweet girl has well & truly landed on her feet & is so settled & loved by her new family. We've even been told she's better behaved than the existing cats! Please consider looking past the nervous cats, the shy ones, the ones that hiss & the ones that don't automatically stand out..... they might just surprise you! Thank you again to Sassys new family... you gave her that chance she so needed! All this girl needed was a home 🏠 We are over the moon! 🌕🐈😻 ❗️Additional video in comments ❗️

Update On Elizabeth Thank you to all that donated & helped towards Elizabeth's dental. She is doing really well & actually even enjoying dry food now too! She still doesn't like to be constantly fussed with but does love a cuddle & will purr away all nestled into your neck. You lovely people raised enough to pay for her dental with plenty left to buy some nice food. Her blood results showed she needs a bit of support with her kidneys, which she is now on medication for, but she is well & this has not affected her in any way. Please remember to message us to book a viewing appointment if you are interested in giving Elizabeth her forever home. She is 15 years old & looking for a home with no other pets & with someone around all day as she does have some separation anxieties. Thanks again from us & the beautiful Elizabeth!

What a fantastic afternoon with Candice Boult Photography! Thank you so much for helping to show the many sides of poppy. We had just as much fun as she did, watching her play, explore & we've not laughed so much at her funny antics. Trying to do a serious photo shoot you're always going to get lots of 'blooper' pictures too! 😆 We're hoping people will see the true poppy, see past her diva tendencies & see how lovely, playful & fabulous she truly is😻
