Ok ladies here it is 😬 In regards to children in the salon we have no problem what so ever if they need to come with as we understand it is difficult to secure childcare BUT if you absolutely can’t get them looked after than can you please at least make sure they: * Don’t pass our desk * Don’t touch any of our equipment * Do have something to entertain them throughout your appointment. Things have been damaged or broken, children have injured themselves and when another client is trying to enjoy a relaxing hour to themselves - that for most is a once in a while treat - they’re not paying to listen to the screams and cries of little ones as they’re being told off/shouted at for misbehaving, at the end of the day it really isn’t their fault they’re bored but it also isn’t our responsibility to distract/entertain your children during your treatment. We feel we’ve put this off for as long as possible but there has been a few incidents these last few weeks (we understand it’s been the holidays) it’s just not something we can continue to ignore and if things persist we will have to consider banning children altogether which is something we really don’t want to have to do as we know this doesn’t apply to everyone’s kids but we’re not insured if your child seriously injured themselves and it’s us who have to replace anything that’s broken and it’s really just an added stress we don’t need... we hope everyone understands!
