By doing exercise in the morning it helps keep me motivated for the rest of the day. Sign up for various classes to keep you focused and attending sessions Imagine how much better you’ll feel after doing some exercise compared to how you would feel not doing any exercise Focus on the end result and set up a structured plan on how to get there. Look for fitness to be fun (one size does not fit all) Do what you enjoy 😃 Exercise with a friend this will help take your mind off exercise. You can also encourage and support each other. Small swaps make a big difference Fried chips/ oven chips changed to chopped potatoes oven baked as chips 200g fried rice swapped to boiled rice (saves between 100/120calories) think when your having a takeaway instead of fried rice have boiled. Save your money and save calories Glass of normal sugary juice swapped to low calorie juice saves on average 60 calories per glas Normal cheddar cheese swapped to low fat cheese saves around about 80/100 calories per serving Normal jelly swapped to sugar free jelly Coffee full fat milk to skimmed milk saves 50/60calories. This makes a massive difference if your having 7 a week.
