Truly excited and sooo pleased for my friend and fellow consultant Carla Belmonte and her lovely members from Old Heath Groups getting to move to a bigger better venue with a change from a Monday morning to a Tuesday morning, and what's more with an additional 1130 session!!! If you're not already a member and any of these days/times/the location work best for you I'd absolutely encourage you to get along and join!! Greatest Loser competition and Taster parties will be held 12th and 13th March at St Margarets with this venue move xxx
So incredibly proud of all my members, as I know my Consultant Team Mates in Colchester are of theirs!! Whether you managed to safely get to your, or an alternative group this week, or not, we know you will likely have gone through difficulty with/for your weight loss journey this week because of this exceptionally extreme weather xxx Really hoping we'll see all of you, and indeed more, back in groups this week to celebrate our Greatest Losers with Taster Parties, and to be inspired, motivated and supported into those slimming grooves and habits you are forming to lose weight and keep it off.
