A really fun session yesterday! The grown-ups did some boxing whilst the kids did parachute games and ball skills. Come and join us tomorrow 9.30am at the Leg o Mutton field in Cobham. All levels welcome. We have many ladies who come and have not exercised for years. Try it and you'll be surprised how much you enjoy it. Kids go FREE. Looking for a fun and affordable activity to do with the kids this morning? Throw on a t-shirt and pair of shorts and head down to the Leg o Mutton field (next to the skate park) in Cobham at 9.30 this morning for a workout. All family members welcome. £7 per family!
If your kids have already broken up come along tomorrow to Cobham fitness Boot camp and you can exercise while the kids have some supervised fun too! Leg O Mutton field, 9.30am, £7.

Summer Fitness for all the Family! Want to keep fit in the school summer holidays but have no babysitter? Bring your kids along to one of our fitness sessions in Cobham. For the grown-ups we have a beginners group and an intermediate group so you can feel comfortable working at your own fitness level. We will section off an area for your children to play in and our older children will supervise some mini sporting activities for them. You will be able to see them at all times whilst getting a great workout for yourself. £7 per session or 2 sessions in the same week for £10. Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Leg o Mutton field (next to the skate park) Please let us know if you are interested so we can get an idea of numbers. Jemima and Sophie
COBHAM FITNESS BOOT CAMP. We have had lots if enquiries this week asking what a typical session involves. Each session is a combination of cardio and resistance work to give you a full body workout. Many of us want to feel fitter, lose weight and achieve long, lean muscles. Our sessions are designed to achieve all these things. Most importantly, we want you to enjoy the workouts and give you all the encouragement you need. Come and join us tomorrow morning at the Leg o Mutton Field in Cobham at 9.30am.
