I will be off for a week from the 24th of September so my last working day will be Saturday the 23rd. Please keep in mind it's usually jam packed before I go plus it's end of month & September weekend so appointments will go fast. If you need booked in please make sure you get in touch in plenty of time & dont leave it too late😘

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*** As lucky as I am to do a job that I love & get to beautify all you lovely ladies ,everyone needs to switch off from work mode at the end of the day . Therefore moving forward, I will only be dealing with messages till 7.30 from Tuesday to Friday & to 4pm on a Saturday. Messages received over the course of the weekend will not be checked & replied to till Monday evening when I will do so in the order they were received in. Thank you for your understanding😘

POLITE NOTICE ABOUT CANCELLING/AMENDING APPOINTMENTS Last week I had £194 worth of cancellations/people deciding they didn't want/need some of the treatments that they booked. When you cancel with literally no notice or decide when I'm actually in your house that you no longer require treatments that are booked, I have no way to fill these spaces. I'm not salon based, I can't get walk-ins & more often than not I have turned people away. Also it can mean that I'm stuck nowhere near my house with no choice but to sit in a carpark killing time till my next appointment. Please can I ask that when booking your appointment you consider the best day/time & all treatments required,if you decide you no longer want any of the treatments booked in you must let me know with as much possible notice & not just tell me on the day. If cancelling please try to give as much notice as possible,ideally 48 hours,so I can try to fill the space. Obviously I know that sometimes things happen out with your control,sickness,car trouble etc & I completely understand in these instances. If it continues I will need to think about implementing a non refundable booking fee in cases where the proper notice is not given. I value your custom & thank you for it.
