The workouts are built around a freestanding professional grade punch bag. You’ll be using simple combinations of kicks and punches whilst keeping time with the high energy beat.
FIGHT KLUB Clacton is owned by Carrie Grant, who fell in love with the concept and, with sheer determination and the support of loving family members, brought the franchise to Clacton, as well as Brightlingsea and Colchester. Clacton classes are run by instructor Sarah Bockhart. Sarah made some massive lifestyle changes a few years back to become healthier and happier. She became experienced and highly qualified in the fitness and workout scene and when she discovered Fight Klub she knew she’d found something special.
You’ll soon see why FIGHT KLUB is sweeping the workout scene as you experience the energetic nightclub-style atmosphere and start feeling the benefits of improved cardiovascular endurance, weight loss and muscular toning.
FIGHT KLUB is an intense workout that will get all the muscle groups in your upper and lower body working and engage your core. Your flexibility and balance will improve and the rush of endorphins will keep you coming back for more!
