NEW EARLY MORNING CLASS TUESDAYS 7.15am start.. 🧘🏻‍♂️🧘‍♀️ As the demand for classes grows we’re listening to you guys and putting more classes on from next week.. starting with an early bird ⭐️ Tuesday morning Hatha class for all levels at 7.15am until 8.15am. ⭐️ Leaving you enough time to change, get on to do whatever it is you do and keep that wonderful yoga feeling with you all day.. early morning really is the best time to practice 😊🙏❤️ The class will be taken by the wonderful Johnathan Mee who has a devoted 6 day a week yoga practice. Has trained with various certified teachers all over the globe and is passionate about sharing this knowledge.
