Bare Kitchen Special of this week! Jerk chicken with coconut and pea brown rice with a mango, chilli and onion salsa! For the veggie and vegans we have jerk tofu! £5.50 for this week! @ Dw Fitness Carlise
Every Monday we will be announcing the special dish for the week at The Bare Kitchen DW site!! This week it will be jerk chicken or tofu with coconut brown rice, peas and a chilli mango dressing! All specials will be £5.50! Jerk is a great and versatile seasoning....we make ours with chilli, coriander, thyme, cinnamon, ginger, mixed spice, onion, garlic and a pinch of stevia. The flavour builds but isnβt blow your face off spicy! So for this week Bare Kitchen Jerk is on the special week menu!
Attention Slimmers! As you know all our food is low salt, low sugar and contains no fillers. So our meal prep plans are perfect if you are going to a well know slimming club, on a calorie controlled diet or if you are just wanting to follow a clean eating diet....on top of that they are yummy and never boring as the menu is changed every 4 weeks.
