The summit commissioning has been delayed for at least 1 week due to the heavy snow on the upper mountain :-( . We are looking to confirm the opening date as soon as we dig through the snow and reach the top.

The trains at Snowdon Mountain Railway are running to Clogwyn today hourly. Subject to passenger demand. Weather is a little overcast but improving as the day goes on :-)

We're counting down the days now until we open the Summit. Having spoken to our railway workers, there will be an excavator arriving soon to start clearing snow from the track on the upper mountain. Once the track is clear we can begin commissioning the building which is expected to take around 3 weeks.
