Fitness Evolution is Burnley’s newest fitness centre which tailors to you. The brand new facilities are now open to the public. Fitness Evolution is Burnley’s newest and most exciting fitness centre which tailors to you. The brand new facilities are now open at Burnley College, you can sign up for a variety of membership or just pay for a session individually.
Members can also take advantage of the Myprotein bar, serving a range of nutritious food and drinks including Myprotein bars and shakes. This is the first branch Myprotein has ever opened, and other than this bar, they are exclusively an online service.
The fitness suite will house state-of-the art resistance and cardio equipment from industry leading brands including Life Fitness, Synergy360 and Technogym.
Fitness Evolution also offers a range of over 40 exciting and challenging fitness classes and programmes including Breakfast Blast, Boot Camp, spinning, pilates and yoga.
Fitness Evolution also offers DNA Fit which is a unique gene testing programme to help you understand how your DNA is affected by different types of exercise and nutrition changes.
