WP sling library are having a sale!! This wonderful charity attended our open day and they run local groups to demonstrate how to use slings safely! As slings are tricky to use initially, we would always recommend seeking peer support and following manufacturers instructions to keep your baby safe! Slings are a fantastic way to keep your baby close to you. There are lots of benefits of keeping baby close including: bonding, breastfeeding, to ease colic, hands free so you can still play/care for other children!
Foot massage #aromatherapy
Today we are completing aromatherapy training! This is a fantastic alternative therapy which we can now offer to our women in pregnancy and labour, thanks to all of your help with fundraising 💗
