*Local Area post* Over the last week, concerns have grown for the welfare of Lindsay Birbeck from Huncoat, Lancashire. Lindsay went missing last week (Monday 12th August 2019) at around 16:10. Wearing a purple bubble jacket, black leggings, black trainers with a while sole. This evening there will be a mass search of a wooded area close by to where Lindsay was last seen. If anyone is free this evening and would like to spare some time to assist with the search you can do so: Meet time: 18:50 Start time: 19:00 Location: The Coppice gates, at the top of Avenue Parade (can be found with postcode BB5 6UG). If you are going to join the search, ensure you dress appropriately; outdoor clothing and coat. Mini First Aid are coming to Kids Clique this Thursday. “Mini First Aid Kids is designed for children aged 3-11. Children are starting to be more independent and can understand basic first aid. In the 1-hour session, Children learn to deal with bumps, burns, breaks and bleeding, carry out CPR and deal with choking. The class is practical, lots of fun and involves lots of activities for the children to enjoy.” This fantastic opportunity will be £5 per child, limited spaces available. Book your child’s place ASAP.
