Tuesday evenings 7.00-8.30 - all abilities welcome, reasonable fitness level required
Friday mornings 10.00 - 11.00 - all abilities welcome
Friday mornings 11.15 - 12.00  - new class Gentle Yoga

I have been teaching yoga in Norton St Philip for five years, one class on Tuesday evenings and one on Friday mornings. I have recently had a request for a more gentle class and from January 2017 will be running this new Gentle Yoga class on Friday mornings from 11.15 to 12.00. Chairs will be used to help with balance and to enable some of the exercises to be done seated.
