This is Cue, she is a 10 year old bearded dragon and she belongs to our receptionist Jade. Recently she has been off her food and showing signs of pain and discomfort. At first we thought it was respiratory, then an impaction so we decided the best course of action was X-rays. However the nurse got a lovely gift from Cue, leaving a little present in her hand.. a compacted faecolith (compacted poo), she’s now feeling more comfortable and recovering nicely on her heat pad.
Who can resist cuddles with this cutie! 💚💙💚
We will be holding a First Aid Workshop at Pucklechurch Community Hall located on Abson Road BS16 9RH on Tuesday the 27th of February at 6.30 pm. Only 12 places available. Cost of course is £16 per person and includes a small first aid kit and notes. We will cover lots of different areas: restraining, bandaging, CPR, poisoning, burns, etc To secure your space we will need payment at front. Please contact the practice on 0117 910 9352.
