Back at The Brewery tonight, and we are well prepared this week 🤣 Feeding from 6pm until we sell out!!
** TACO ‘BOUT TASTY!! ** This is our chilli base for Mexican chicken molè. It’s rehydrated fruity Ancho and smoky Arbol chillies, blitzed then added to our slow cooked chicken thighs. Super hot but balanced perfectly with VERY dark chocolate, homemade peanut butter and a million spices then garnished with crumbled queso, pickled pink onions and fresh coriander.
