Triceps Pulldowns with the rope attachment 👊🏼💪🏼 These are a great way to isolate the triceps and really make them burn! 🔥 Try this Tri-Set, it's one of my favourites for finishing off triceps: 10 reps stood about 2 metres from the cable pulley, using the force angle to hit the contracted part of the range. 10 reps stood about a metre from the pulley, working the mid-range.
