* Primary Ages (Yr 2 - 6) - Saturday mornings @ Varndean School, Brighton
* Secondary Ages (Yr 7-9) - Sunday mornings @ Dorothy Stringer High School, Brighton
* Seniors (Yr 10-adult) - Thursday evenings (venue tbc)
Established in 2014 by National Premier League player and Level 2 coach Danielle Lewis-Collins, our goal is to make netball accessible to all players in a relaxed but professional environment. We aim to develop confidence and creativity in our players through improved ball handling skills, movement, mobility and most importantly fun!
We offer gentle, age appropriate coaching in an environment of positive encouragement. All sessions are led by qualified coaches with extensive experience within netball and involve a range of skills, drills, fun games and match play.
Our '5Ways' development model provides the foundations of our coaching philosophy.
1. Environment - a relaxed setting and atmosphere with age appropriate equipment to support learning
2. Technical - encouraging skills, mobility and creativity
3. Tactical - developing 'thinking' players
4. Personal - a focus on the needs of the individual
5. Take It To The Game - the opportunity to put skills into practice in game like scenarios and match play

Day 5 - Girls dropped with their parents, tears shed, memories made, friendships developed and proud coaches in abundance. #5WaysDoesDisney has come to an end 😢 but we've loved every second. WHAT A DAY!! The most perfect way to end our first ever #5WaysNetball tour. Finals Day and the pressure was on. Our girls were on 🔥 and we couldn't be more proud of them all. Bodies on the line was an understatement! 👊 👏 U12s Fireflies finish 4th/8 in the Cup. 👏 U13s Swifts finish 2nd/8 in the Shield (playing up a year) 👏 U15s Thunderbirds finish 3rd/11 in the Cup (playing up one & two years!) 👏 In other news....the amazing Abbie PJ picked up the Plank award for her insane 11 minute Plank (across all age groups!) & Lucy H picked up the Passing Accuracy award! 👏 Player of the Tournament (U16s) went to Jemima OC as voted for by our guest England players! 👌 AND...the super wonderful U12 Fireflies picked up the "Spirit of the Tournament" team award for the whole week as voted for by all the umpires across all age groups!! Massive congratulations to Rosie R, Edie C & Hannah L for picking up our Player of the Day awards as well.
