We would like to thank Moseley Cricket Club​(www.moseleycc.co.uk) for their trust and confidence in us. We also sincerely thank Mr.Sohail Mohammed, Moseley CC Youth Head Coach and Supreme Cricket Academy Senior Coach(www.supremecricketacademy.co.uk) and Mr.Mohammed Shabir, Moseley CC U14/15 Coach for presenting training wear to Moseley CC U14 team. We wish them good luck for the rest of season and winter training. I was honoured to be part of South Indian Association (SIA) Cricket League 2019 event at Rolls Royce Leisure Centre, Derby Yesterday. The main purpose of event is to promote youngsters and veterans (who wanted to play Cricket to realise some of their young and unfulfilled dreams) and also to bring the community for a fun filled day of entrtainment and togetherness. The organising commite Harish, Satya, Ravi, Raj Nigam, Sesha, Venkat Narasimha Rao(Scorer)and others have done a fantastic job in organising the tournament. The event was further enriched by Culinary skills of Raghu and Ramesh who shocased and served Hyderabai Dhum, Vegetable biryani's and manchuria. Our hearty Congratulations to SIA Whites team who won the tournament. Also our sincere appreciation to SIA Saffrons and Blues team who made the whole tournament exciting and competitive. The spirit and athletism of all three playing teams was never down despite of the teams not playing a regular cricket at all. Some Young talents Kshitij and Shiva Nagam to watch out for the future along with some veterans showcasing their majestic batting and bowling skills under the typical english sky overcast conditions. A7 League Special Cricket balls made for the county league standard were used for the entire tournament and the balls have been thoroughly tested by rookie bowlers and they have knowingly/unknowingly used it to swing and seam. There was s surprise birthday cake(Organised by Mrs. Harish) to celebrate Mr.Harish's birthday(who has been one of the pillars of SIA) and with a trophy/medals presentation to all players. Our sincere thanks to Rolls-Royce Derby Groundsmen and otehr staff who ensured the tournaments is smoothly organised by SIA. With our experience of organsing several sports tournamnets over last 20 years, we clearly know that they are always unsung heros. A7 Sports, Birmingham is always proud to get involved with these kind of community sports inititatives of various countries and religions. We learn a lot from these kind of community tournaments in addition to professional sports tournaments. We then take those learnings into future tournaments as well as our future designs of ouw own sporting equipment and also work with leading sports brands. We as a company strongly believe in giving back to the communities when and what we can to the extent possible.
