Since our inception in 2009 the core philosophy of the company has been customer service. We provide a bespoke Logistics solution to our clients. We see ourselves as offering the most flexible service with attention to detail of any of our competitors. Hence, from the very first stage of quoting through to shipment arrival at destination (import or export) we ensure a very high level of customer service. From a small parcel to ship or aircraft charter we can accommodate such enquiries.
We are Customs Brokers employing fully trained staff to handle all aspects of import and export procedures. We don't just handle the Customs but we can provide impartial guidance through our consultancy program, working with you and your client to make the whole process of importing and exporting smoother.
At our Birmingham location we have access to a 30,000 square feet warehouse to provide pick and pack along with short or long-term storage solutions. Such services are designed to meet our client’s requirement with very flexible costing and terms available.
