Kings Norton Parish Magazine has launched a monthly "what's on" guide to social activities in the KN area. This is a new venture and, we believe, the first time that this publication, which has been in circulation for at least a century, has attempted such a thing. We have dedicated 14 pages in the February 2017 edition to an index of local clubs and societies accompanied by a detailed diary of activities on offer in Kings Norton throughout the coming month. Contributors include the KN History Society, Friends of KN Nature Reserve, Friends of KN Park, U3A, South Birmingham Ramblers and so on. We hope to expand this section of the magazine from month to month and would like to use Facebook to invite any local associations who wish to advertise their programme free of charge to contact us. Details of how to get in touch are in the magazine. You can currently buy copies (£1) from St Nicolas' Place, Kings Norton Library and St Nicolas' Church. We are seeking more local points of sale and would love to hear from any local business which would be prepared to sell copies for us on a regular basis. Back copies of the magazine can also be found on the parish website. David A (Magazine Editor).
