ROTO is a CIC which believes in igniting the drive and passion inside the youths of tommorow, the next generations. Reach One Teach One (ROTO) is a community interest company which believes in igniting the drive and passion that lies within the youths of tomorrow, the next generation. We focus on empowering individuals and improving the quality of life for the people in our community.
At ROTO you can expect a fun and friendly learning environment where children are inspired and taught about leadership. Quite a few of our initiatives and projects are led by the kids.
We provide the following services:
* Afterschool & Summer Club for 6-16 year olds
* English & Maths Classes
* Food & Catering Service
* Design & Print Service
* Music, Green Room & Photography Studio
* Dance & Fitness Studio
* Football Club
* Training Providers - enabling people in the community to gain qualifications, training & life skills

Building Better Communities | Jewson
Jewson’s Build Better Communities Fund (UK) To support UK communities, the building products supplier, Jewson has a prize fund of £250,000 available for building projects that will benefit local communities. This could be: ● A new roof for the village hall ● Renovations of community spaces or play area for children; etc. The prize fund includes a top prize of £150,000 to a renovation or new build project which uses the 'My Comfort' building principles by Saint-Gobain. In addition, local projects can apply for building materials worth between £500 and £10,000 from a regional prize fund worth £100,000. Nominations are open until the 29th April 2016. Shortlisted projects will be announced on the 16th May 2016. "If your project is on the shortlist you'll need to call on your community to get behind it and vote, vote, vote." Public voting runs from 16 May to 19 June 2016. Competition winners will be announced week commencing the 4th July 2016. http://www.buildingbettercommunities.co.uk/
