Never miss a Monday even if it is your birthday! Did nothing but eat and chill all day but then came to class and taught an epic Super Lean class of 45 min 1 min HIT circuits of kettlebells, martial arts and body weight and then decided to hit the gym for some practice on my full squats and a bit of back. I mean, I had to do something to balance out the mountain of carbs, sugar, gin and junk I enjoyed today and yesterday for my birthday celebrations. It felt great as I felt super strong and full of energy. Just want to work on my form and go deeper as I get heavier. Always wanted to try yoga but worried about how flexible you need to be or whether you can do the moves or just feel self conscious?
