CP FITNESS is excited to bring you Clubbercise! Every Tuesday and Wednesday 8pm-8:50pm. Just £5 on the door. No booking needed If you like the idea of a fitness class that feels more like a night out than a workout, then you'll just love CLUBBERCISE!
Fun, easy to follow dance fitness class using rave glow sticks. Working out to club anthems from 90's classics to latest chart hits. Taught in a darkened room with disco lights!
Taught weekly at Hatch Warren community Centre. Just £5 pay on the door (reusable take home glow sticks are £4 a pair available to by in class)
Wednesday's 8pm - 8:50pm, no need to book!
