Great 3 month journey with client Nick on his goal to get in the best shape for his wedding. _ Nick didn't put his life on hold to achieve this. Had obstacles that most people would expect to have. Busy work lifestyle, social events (Benidorm😂), eating out and sticking to a calorie deficit. _ What he did do is stay consistent with seeing me twice per week, hitting total body weighted sessions. 1 weighted session on his own and extra cardio days when he could fit them into his lifestyle. Kept on track with diet and any slips ups he was honest and made up for it by getting back in the gym and deducting calories for the remainder of the week! _ Been a pleasure to train and still has a few more weeks left until the wedding to improve his shape further (more walking lunges😉) _ If you need help with your own fitness journey feel free to ask me any questions.
