Back to it after a week away. Training starts at 5 tomorrow night at Petroc College.

Tomorrow's junior Taekwondo Dragons session starts at 4:30pm at the South Molton Community Primary School. This is another taster session, and opportunity to sign up if you haven't already. Tell all your friends as this is open for children from reception years to year 6. Please feel free to share and I look forward to seeing you all there tomorrow.

Seniors Lesson starts at 6pm at the new venue of Petroc college, so come along and enjoy the class.

Hi all , good news the weather looks good for tomorrow for the BBQ and beach session :) don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a warm top for after tho ;) We will be a way down the beach where it is a bit quieter , walk down and look for the Northcoast banner that we will have displayed :) Any problems let us know , we will have our mobiles and hopefully some signal : Justin 07493167410 Esther 07917182849 We have burgers , sausages and chicken with sides (and some veggie options) as well as some water and fizzy orange cans , anything else please either bring along or let us know. New Northcoast Taekwondo Dragons club - These will be the dates for the after school club for the first term . Club times will be 4:30-5:30 September : 8th, 22nd, October : 6th, 13th, 20th (break for half term) November: 3rd, 10th, 24th December: 8th, 15th (break for Christmas) We would like to get all children's uniforms ordered and registrations done by the end of August if possible to avoid delays.
