Another happy client - now lifetime friend :) Lyn has been training with me for the last 5 months. She needed and wanted a change in her life due to her weight. So we designed a plan and strategy and got straight to work, we had a few hurdles to tackle like the likes of Christmas and everything that comes with Christmas in December (Parties etc) but with good dedication and the most important ingredient of any weight-loss results is consistency. Lyn was training 3 times a week and following a numerous of meal plans. It wasn't 100% perfect there were a few slips ups along the way (a doughnut here and a cream cake there) Sometimes Lyn wasn't able to hit all three session of the week due to work and the beast from the east but as you can see and from what Lyn says she has manage to shift 2 stone and it doesn't look like it is coming back anytime soon. So what is Lyn doing now? Lyn has now found a passion for martial arts (Kick boxing) and that's probably due to the fact she has been wanting to punch me after every session. Lyn wants to keep in check with me and is now only doing one session a week with me whilst taking up her new passion of punching the crap out of dangling objects!
