The centre features a brand new 18ft boxing ring, grappling area with cage wall and wall mats and 40ml tatami ground mats suitable for all types of stand up and ground based martial arts. We also have an excellent strength & conditioning area which features some of the best training equipment available such as Bulgarian Bags, Kettlebells, Battling Ropes, HIRTS Ropes, Monkey Bars, Plyometric Boxes, Russian Clubs, Olympic Barbell set, Squat Rack and much much more.
