A great day of kyusho....yet more stuff to think about and relate to our fantastic system. Thanks to Sensei Jim Hulse for his time and knowledge and thanks to Sensei Mick Pappas for arranging the seminar.

Many thanks to Sensei Terry Donoghue for a great session investigating our system of karate from a slightly different view point. Plenty for me and the guys to work with until we meet again.

An interesting evening at the Okinawan Karate Performance Exchange in Surrey. Great to meet friends old and new and to renew contacts. Somehow managed to end up on stage doing a demonstration of Seisan with my friend and fellow Uechi instructor Lee Adams in front of Shinjo Sensei and other senior sensei.

Best wishes to my students, friends and all the people i have been lucky enough to meet this year both martial artists and you 'norms' out there. Its been a great year for karate with a visit to Okinawa as part of the Three Amigos Tour, our 'jolly' to Chios when we were joined by Yamashiro Sensei for a great karate based break and the various seminars throughout the year. Have a great time over the festive period but get yourself out of that armchair next year and give yourself the best chance of enjoying many many more.
