INTRODUCING THE INTERNS Ballyards Castle is the home of the Drop Inn Internship programme. For a year, young people from around the world and round the corner come together to work with the community in Drop Inn's Charity Shops, Tin House Coffee shops and on the streets; to learn and grow with the 12-week InStep programme at Ballyards Castle; to travel and experience the world with our mission trips around the globe. IDENTITY • IMPACT • INFLUENCE January 2018 begins our new programme IN STEP This is a 12-week programme exploring faith, discipleship and mission, with in-depth teaching, discussion and a chance to hear from spiritual giants and projects from around the province.

Ballyards would like to introduce you to their new member of staff, Gareth Bell. Gareth has come to Ballyards from Precept Ministries Ireland where he served as National Director. According to social media Gareth is an Ignatian Explorer, Spiritual Director, Honest Conjuror, Coffeeaholic, Passionate Introvert and a Thoughtful Troublemaker (isn’t this going to be fun!). He is also married to Joy and they have a family of three children Oliver, Eloise & Isaac. Gareth has taken up the role of Retreat & Renewal within the Castle.
