Livery & Schooling The Leys Riding School is based by Leysmill outside Arbroath.
We offer riding for all ages levels and abilities.
Hacking and pony walks are available round the surrounding farmland, woods and Kinblethmont estate.
We are a pony club accredited centre and pony club runs throughout the year.
Extra fun days are available throughout school holidays including picnic rides and fun days.

Pony club will go ahead tomorrow(unless weather gets worse overnight!) how ever roads are quite bad due to drifting snow so if you don’t want to risk it, or don’t want to come out in the snow, please let me know. Thanks and stay safe!

It’s been a busy October holidays at the leys riding school. Our own a pony days were great fun and the weather was kind to us. Pony clubbers had a fun time at riders of the storm on Thursday. Haylie and phoebe were at Morris equestrian competing at the pet plan area finals where they picked up a second and qualified for the championships in April!

Reminder that bus leaves at 9.30 tomorrow 12th October for PC trip to Riders of the Storm. Please remember : Plenty of water Light clothing or vaulting attire Lots of warm clothes Trainers Long hair tied back Riding hat and boots Packed lunch Consent form to be signed and £20.00. Will be back at stables for 5.00 /5.30 depending on traffic.

We are excited to offer a day trip for Pony Club members to Riders of the Storm in Pitlochry. The day will be: 🐎12th October, bus to pickup 9.30 am from stables. 🐎 travel to Pitlochry 🐎 30 min mini show where stunt riders will do private demo 🐎 30 min talk on how they train their horses 🐎 2 hour session on trying vaulting with stunt team 🐎 5.30 pm arrive back at Leysmill Cost £20 for Pony Club Members (bus cost to be funded by the Leysmill Pony Club Parent's Committee) Places are limited to 15 riders so would like to offer places to more experienced riders. We hope to run a similarvtrip in the Easter holidays. Please wear Pony Club Jumper and riding gear. Spaces to fill up quickly. 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴
