New HIT and run training that helps Arbroath Mums become strong and confident without setting foot in a Gym. Most people who want to get healthy lose motivation fairly quickly.

They but an expensive Gym membership, but are intimidated by all the fancy equipment, and people who already seem to know what they are doing. Before long, the seemingly simple act of getting healthy starts to look difficult and a lot of people give up in confusion well before seeing any results or making progress.

Even though most people have the ability to achieve their fitness goals on their own, they sometimes need outside support and guidance to achieve the body shape they are looking for.

I started Potential Fitness to help people reach their fitness goals by providing safe and effective workout programmes that get results.

Fitness Boxing tonight 7 pm. No fancy gym machines like the big Russian uses in Rocky IV, just an old fashioned workout using your own bodyweight. No selfie corner where you go to pose, check your make up, and pout for Instagram, Donald you have been warned... Put the work in, and see the results :)
