Semi permanent Make-Up What exactly is it?
Permanent cosmetics is a type of cosmetic tattooing, however unlike the conventional tattooing the difference being the pigments used are of translucent nature which work with your own natural undertones of the skin.
Pigments are visible through the upper layers of the skin at a depth of 0.5mm, so much shallower than a tattoo.
Once pigment has been implanted into the skin, it will begin to fade. To what degree depends on your age, skin type and colour. It is recommended to repeat the procedure within 4- 6 weeks.

Jemma contacted me last week asking for a consultation after a rather unsuccessful previous treatment. The shape was not suitable for her face, the colour was too dark and it was overly so badly done I have never seen anything like this before. It made Jemma very uncomfortable and self- conscious. In the first photo you can see Jemma's eyebrows before today's treatment. She was very nervous. In the second photo you see Jemma's eyebrows after first treatment with me today. Beautyfull eyes need a beautyfull frame☺ We all have different preferences and expectations when it comes to desired outcome from cosmetic tattooing. Be prepared your semi permanent Make-Up will look darker then desired for the next few days. By 40-50% if you chose powder technique. Adding extra makeup to your eyes and lips will help to not drag too much attention to your brows until exfoliation begins. I always draw different shapes of eyeliner/ eyebrows until we find one, that will suit client eyes/ face shape. I give my advice but it's the client who has to feel comfortably with the proposed design. Only then pigmentation process can begin. There are numbing agents applied before and during the tattooing to make it pain free. Everyone has different pain freehold so some may feel some discomfort faster than others, and some, not at all. If needed, anaesthetic can be applied even every few minutes. Prices varies, depending on the thickness of the eyeliner or style of eyebrows.
