I pretty much have the same breakfast everyday. I’m not great in the mornings so I’m not fussed that it’s the same. Oats, milk, some sort of berry, usually strawberries or blueberries, a bit of cinnamon and chia seeds. It sounds a bit poncey but it’s easy, quick (2mins in the microwave, I add the extras after) pretty cheap and no sugar. My son also became vegetarian last November so I’ve had to learn a few different tricks to keep him healthy. So we’re pretty much #veggie these days. I also love eating & drinking from handmade tableware. Spoon by @takahashimcgil and bowl by @seijiporcelain Both from Devon.
