This is an evening where we dive into the world of essential oils and show you how to use them safely for you and your family, and empower you with knowledge on how to use them for things such as: - A natural way of supporting sleep. - How to support digestive issues. - A natural way to support immunity. - A natural way to alleviate headaches. - A safe way to support our body to fight infections. - How to help with anxiety or chronic stress. - A way to reduce the toxicity in the home through the use of natural cleaning and hygiene products. Intuitively, we often know to reach for plants to ease ailments, settle symptoms and enhance our wellbeing. We know that sipping on peppermint tea helps us digest meals. We know that tea tree (melaleuca) can be applied to bites and stings. When we sense our nervous system is crying out for calming, or we require a better night’s sleep, we instinctively seek out lavender. But as a society we’ve changed the way we think and we have become consumers, and it's making us unwell - let’s go backwards and learn how to truly care for ourselves, and our families with a more natural approach After our class there will be a chance to ask questions on a 1:1 basis, and we will be sharing resources which you can look through at your leisure. Please let us know if you are attending as we only have 20 space for this event. Look forward to seeing you there xxx
Come and join us for a cuppa and chat on essential oils. With so many chemicals and nasties being in our products now, many people are looking for more natural and safe alternatives. So come along and learn how to use essential oils safely, for you and your family for their health and wellbeing. Together they will share the benefits of using Essential oils to support every day wellness. You will learn about the top 10 oils that have many uses, such as cleaning your house naturally, first aid kit for headaches, scratches, coughs, colds, and diffusing oils for peace, and a good nights sleep. Look forward to seeing you there. Kids are welcome (we may just have to try and keep their hands off the crystal wall display :0)) To attend, please comment below to book your space xoxo

"One of the best courses I’ve ever done. Loved the pace and packed with information." – Pam Luker. UK. The 1 day Practitioner Assessment Skills Course (PASC) workshop has been specifically designed for the serious bodywork practitioner to enhance assessment and treatment options (Note: the 3 individual 1 day classes can be taken in any order). Module 1 covers: + General Assessment - subjective, objective, fascial assessment. + Specific 2 minute assessment protocol for the lower back. + The cervical and shoulder areas, plus the unique assessment and correction developed from observation with one of Tom Bowen's original six students, not covered in any other Bowen training. This course will enable you to streamline your TMD assessments and provide the participant with more specific corrections. Comments from previous course participants. "It was a great course, and my life has never been the same since. I now know what the body feels like when in balance, all the lightness and mental clarity that comes with it. For the first time in 35 Years I have been able to a balanced breast stroke with my legs after fracturing my right tibia and fibula at age nine. The therapy then was total rest in a plaster for six weeks. As a result my thigh muscles had wasted away. To help the rebuild, swimming was encouraged - but the leg never got its proper coordination back - until after the course!" - Korona Gallen, Germany. "Ron's TMJ courses in Liskeard really were life changing for me. My right eye has always turn in slightly, after having a TMJ procedure performed Ron's way, I had a fairly large reaction as my body processed the new information. The results are amazing and not least that my eye no longer turns in. Thank you Ron, not just for the information you taught me to help my practice but also what you have changed in me!" - Ms. Jules Wilson. England For further course details please email firstname.lastname@example.org and to book your place contact Linda on email@example.com
