Evaluating the effects of the structural labour market reforms on collective bargaining in Greece
The present working paper assesses the social and economic impact of the changes in the regulatory framework of collective bargaining in Greece. In assessing the impact at firm, sectoral and cross-sectoral level the report seeks to identify what arrangements can be compatible with the goals of promoting sustainable and inclusive growth.
The (missing) link between wages and productivity in the Philippines: What role for collective bargaining and the new two-tier wage system?

The organization of domestic workers and their employers, and social dialogue, including collective bargaining, represent key means of improving working conditions in a sector that is notoriously difficult to regulate. Check out the ILO Issue Brief on the subject.
Who cares for the carers?
5 years on from adopting Convention 189, we see how representation, voice and dialogue can pay dividends for protecting domestic workers. - 30 countries have extended labour protections to domestic workers, and at least another 18 on working towards it. Organizing and social dialogue have been crucial to achieve this. - More than a half million domestic workers have exercised their right to organize, forming and joining unions and other organizations to promote their interests.
