Backed up by 16 years of experience in multinational companies, my story started as a sales person and I always knew I’m passionate for selling, which grew across time.
I always believed undoubtedly that selling starts with ourselves, and that there is a way to sell anything to anyone. And the greatest pride I had from my experience came from developing people based on my belief that each and every one of us has a unique identity that I helped uncover.
So, in order to sell anything to anyone starting with myself, I had to build a strong self confidence based on self belief. And maturity and experience in life taught me the following reality:
We can attract whatever we think about in life, if we have the right belief/thought, and if we train our mind with the right tools to achieve our thoughts/dreams.
I therefore learned to have:
Uncommon compassion - understand the struggle and pain that often accompanies personal learning and change.
See the best in others - I chose to look past the shortcomings of others to focus on their positive qualities, even if deeply hidden.
Emotionally mature - I became keenly self-aware, understood how to manage my emotions in order to create substantial relationships with others.
Interpersonally courageous – I thrive to boldly confront challenging situations and to consider them as a learning phase in my life.
