La empresa familiar Maravilla Costa Inmobiliaria fue fundado en el 1998 por Marliese y Wilfried Heeg y el pasado 2013 se traspasó la empresa a las hijas Tania Heeg y Astrid Herterich. También se ha incorporado ya la tercera generación al equipo,  la Srta. Jana Heeg.
