This beautiful boy lives next door to me. He constantly escapes and spends days on end at my house, playing with my dogs and sleeping on the couch. I couldn't understand why he continued to leave home to come and stay with me until I witnessed his owner beating him with a belt. I was disgusted! It's clear to me they do not care for him!
