Currently most of the high rise buildings and complex structures we see today are designed by Staadpro which makes it mandatory, professional and easier for every Civil Engineer, Architect and Building Contractor to know and use with the software! Our FREE one day workshop project will be based on the design and analysis of a multi-storey building using STAADPRO. WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS FOR PARTICIPANTS:  DIFFERENT LOAD CASES You will know the Design Codes for RCC Structures , Columns , Dead Loads , Imposed Loads and Wind Loads  STATEMENT OF THE PROJECT Utility of Building : Residential building , Office Complex etc - No of storeys No.of staircases , Shape of the building :rectangular, Oval etc Type of Construction : R.C.C framed structure, Type of walls :brick wall  DESIGN PRINCIPLE, ASSUMPTION AND NOTATION ASSUMED Different standards and acceptable notations will be adopted throughout the workshop  DESIGN & ANALYSIS Design and Analysis will be done using STAAD PRO. Once the loads and load combinations are assigned to the structures, analysis will be done. Analysis will be done for RCC structures too.  CONCLUSION The design of slab, beam, column, rectangular footing and staircase will be done in limit state method which is safe at control of deflection and in all aspects.
