Our Maintenance services are classified into three types namely:-
   Call-only Agreement
   Labour and Parts Agreement
   Labour only Agreement

Call Only Agreement:
Clients call us as needed and repairs are affected with charges for parts and labour.
Labour and Parts Agreement:

For Labour and parts and Labour only Agreement, Linksnet Systems Limited offers the following for a fixed yearly fee:-
   Twelve preventive maintenance calls per year.
   Repair on systems and peripherals are effected without labour, parts charge for labour and parts agreement, while part charges are made for labour only agreement.
   For system repair requiring more than 28-72 hours, a suitable temporary replacement    would be provided until the repair is affected.
   For Network Servers, response would be within (4) hours and replacement would be made within eight (8) hours.
   For projector repairs and maintenance, the task is carried out as soon as a call is made.
   User- Support is provided with regard to debugging software and hardware problems.
   Professional support personnel are provided immediately approval is gotten from a company.
