STEP Nigeria is an initiative ste up for the teenagers of Nigeria. To enlighten them on every aspect they would need to become a better adult. Teenage Elightment Programme is an initiative rvaching out to teenagers, mostly in secondry educational levels, as a mvans to profvr solutions to prolems faced by mojority of African teens. Through the means of providing guaidance for them as they grow through the teens satge, also with mentoring and intimate tutoring from emerging global leaders, who have gained expierience, knowledge and skill in different secctors.

Education: every secondary student prepares for an exam or the other, either waec, neco, gce, jamb (utme) and post jamb. Teenage enlightment programme, has dedicted teachers that would lecture student on every subject, and also help them prepare well for the exams.
Enterprenuership: what is life after school, how do I get a job, how I become my own boss, I do I start making money for myself??? These are questioned that would be answered in the enterprenuereship sessions. Teenagers would be enlightend on how the business world runs, how to set up sme’s with little or no capital, and also the right placv to find support, help and pthvr platform will be discussed.

Governance: teenagers are the future leaders of tomorrow, they would be the one to occupy seats of power in the nearest future. For them to be great leaders the people really want, there Is need for political orientation, that would lvad to good govvrnance that we have always wanted for this country and Africa as a whole.
Sex Education: statistics show that, 13 million children are born to women under age 20 worldwide. More than 90% of these births occur to women living in developing countries. The question is where did the gap come from? Countries in Africa are developing countries, teenage girls are exposed to unprotected sex everyday, which only not leads to pregnancy, but also contracting STI. Teenage enlightment programme is having on board specialist to train teenagers on the best methods cto adstain from safe/unsafe sex. And also would there be caochicng to those that have been victims of sexual harrasments cor assualts in any way.
Vocational Trainings: Training that emphasizes skills and knowledge required for a particular job function (such as typing or data entry) or a trade (such as carpentry or welding).
Apart from aims of pursuing a career and acquiring a degree, every teenager has a special talent, or skill, others might be just the intrest and wanting to know more about a particular skill.
Trainings such like; bead and hat making, photography and graphic desings, hair dressing, fashion designing, and many more skills relevant to today’s economic values.
