AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

To deliver high quality regional and national exhibitions and public programs, that includes and outreaches

To contribute to raising the profiles of traditional, ethnic and contemporary benin art and african art in general

A high priority is the strengthening of a range of partnerships in the state,this increasing public awareeness and access to quality arts.
RAISING THE PROJECT OF TO INCREASE AUDIENCES AS FOLLOWS-

(1) provide creative opportunities for primary and secondary school children.

(2) Establishing new partnerships through art workshop.

(3) collaboration with the education ministry in terms of organisation of primary and secondary schools and Art competitions or an annual basic

(4) Collaboration with traditional artists or qiulds in an attemp to improve on the quality of them work and therefore boost earnings.

(6) organisation of state Art awards to derserving artist and patrons.

(7) consultation with patrons of the art, art teachers and the broader art community in moving Art to the next level.

MVM ARTS & FRIENDS CHARITY

THIS GROUP IS MADE UP OF PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS, SOCIO POLITICAL STANDING, AND BELIEFS. BUT JUST A COMMON DENOMINTION OF REASONING AND THAT IS GIVING BACK TO THE SOCITY IN WHICH WE FIND OURSELVES. OUR GOALS – TO ASSIST THE NEEDY IN OUR COMMUNITIES IN OWN SMALL WAYS. SUCH AS;
1- PROVIDING EDUCATION MATERIALS
(pens, pencils, erasers, exercise book. Basic text books, queen’s premier and basic story books, school informs & shoes.)
2- HEALTH SEMINARS / ITEMS
(health talk on basic topics such as abortion, personal hygiene, health hazards associated with smoking and drinking, free eye test and classes will be sold at subsidized rates, free dental checkups that will come along with free distributions of tooth brushes & toothpaste.)
3- FOOD ITEMS
We distribute large quantity of food items to communities affected by natural disaster e.g. Flood, bush fire and victims of intra communal conflicts
4-WORKSHOPS ON SMALL SCALE VOCATION
We help in training youth in small scale vocations like batik making, print making, soap making and bead making. 5- EVANGELISM/MOTIVATIONAL TALKS. (Distribution of gospel tracts and bibles to individuals who are willing to know and accept Jesus Christ. Also we share inspirational and motivational talks to youths particularly, hence bringing hope into the life of them that thinks they are late to make any difference. Also make them see the reason why they need to have a passionate purpose to live a worthy life.
