COdE the 24th edition! Ladies and gentlemen, On October 12, it is time for the second COdE of 2017! The location of this edition will be the stadium of Willem II. And we have more good news for you: For only € 7,- you can participate! Pitchers will be: € 11,- The minimum age is 18, make sure to bring your ID card with you. Tickets can be bought in building E on the first floor at the Asset departments. During this cantus we will all sing along with all of the well-known cantus songs while enjoying the warm embrace of our fellow students. At this remote location, we will be able to scream at the top of our lungs while attempting to sing the correct lyrics as the rich gold liquid known as beer enters our bloodstream. This event is the perfect opportunity for you to show your drinking skills and get to know Asset. Further, there is also an awesome afterparty at Willem II which will go on until 2:30h. Make sure you are on time, so you don’t miss the first song. AND… Don't forget to dress up in the colors of your favorite department. Asset will once again host the best possible start of the new academic year: The Asset Kick-Off! We will celebrate like never before during this legendary night! After surviving the first lectures, you all deserve a bit of relief. That's why Asset will provide 500 liters of FREE beer! Be there to help us finish it! The party will take place at Café de Boekanier and the doors open at 22:00. Tickets cost only €5,- and can be bought at the Asset Rooms (Esplanade Building, 1st floor). Make sure to get your tickets in time, since the will be sold out quickly. There will be a wardrobe available for €1,-. Don’t forget to bring your ID! We can’t wait to welcome you on the first Asset party of this year. Together we will kick off this year like never before!

During the Constitution Drink in Cafe the Boekanier you will have the chance to thank and say goodbye to the general board of Asset 2016-2017. So come by to see this wonderful team together one last time and enjoy the 200 liters of free beer. The event will start at 22.30!

On September 13, the General Members' Meeting of Asset will be held at Tilburg University, room Cz09. The doors open at 18.45h and the meeting starts at 19.00h. During this meeting, the current board will elaborate on the progress made by Asset in the academic year 2016-2017. Furthermore, the new board presents the policy and the budget for the upcoming academic year. After the General Members' Meeting we will all go to Cafe de Boekanier to end the evening!

Join the next Food for Thought session on September 12! The first interview of the new academic year will be done with our own prof. dr. Sylvester Eijffinger, visiting professor at Harvard University and President of Tilburg University Society. The interview will be in English, participation is free and drinks are included.
