Our concept is to introduce 'pure and authentic' high quality Japanese cuisine of all kind, not only sushi and tempura. Our menu changes depending on fresh and seasonal ingredients!
Traditional Japanese cuisine is all about preparation. It is time-consuming and has to be perfect. Chef Yama starts preparation from the day before your reservation.
We kindly ask our dear customers to make a reservation at least 24 hours prior. Arigato gozaimasu!

Che Yama worked at a Michelin star Japanese restaurant "Yamazato", Hotel Okura Amsterdam for 8 years. After that he worked at "Huson" Rotterdam as a sushi chef for 2 years.
Now he is ready to surprise his customers with his beautiful Japanese Cuisine.
