La Bandera, Dominican cuisine: een Dominicaans eethuis met een gezellige sfeer en een Caribisch tintje! Het eten in de Dominicaanse keuken staat bekend om haar eenvoud en de variaties in de diverse regionale specialiteiten. Zoals bij veel Caribische eilanden het geval is, is de Dominicaanse keuken een mengelmoes van invloeden, vooral Indiaanse, Spaanse en Afrikaanse. Er wordt veel met verse, voedzame ingrediënten gewerkt zoals aardproducten (casave, zoete aardappel, pampoen etc), evenals Sofrito (een mengeling van kruiden en specerijen).
La Bandera biedt de mogelijkheid om gerechten af te halen maar nodigt haar klanten van harte uit de gerechten in ons restaurant te nuttigen. GASTVRIJHEID en een HARTELIJKE bediening staan bij ons voorop! Daarnaast bieden wij een goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding.
